Return request window
You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to initiate a return.
Garment condition
The garment must be unworn, with its original tags and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
1) Contact us via WhatsApp or email · 2) We send you shipping instructions · 3) Once we receive the garment, we process the refund or exchange within up to 15 business days.
Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or items showing signs of use.
Legal Warranty SIC
You have the minimum legal warranty of 1 year for manufacturing defects, per Colombia's Consumer Statute.
Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011)
We do not currently offer free exchanges. The cost of the return label is at your expense.
